        Since 2011, China National Silk Museum has collected Chinese modernfabrics and costumes, in an attempt to “Collect today for tomorrow.” Some ofthe newest collections of these items will be exhibited at the end of the eachyear, along with a professional forum. Under the immense help of designers,companies, universities, related associations, and industry bases, the FashionRetrospective of 2011 and 2012 were both held successfully. The collectionholds about 2,000 pieces, most of which are Golden Award winners, top threepieces of the Annual Hempel Award, outstanding graduating works, fabrics fromoutstanding brands, etc.

        “Chinese Dream” set sail in the year of 2013, with full passion into various creative fields of China, as well asthe world of fashion. Capturing attention around the world, Chinese fashion,with its excellent designers and companies, is finding it’s voice. Creation andre-creation refer to the new opportunities and new delightfulness of thechanging culture.
