Article 1     Academic Committee of Key Scientific Research Base of Textile Conservation, SACH, commissioned by State Administration of Cultural Heritage, is the policy-making body.
　　
Article 2     Academic Committee is composed of renowned experts home and abroad in fields like textile engineering, history of science & technology, history, physics, chemistry, etc.

Article 3     There is one director, two consultants, and nine members in Academic Committee. Recruited from the public, approved by Cultural Heritage Bureau of Zhejiang Province, the director shall be employed by CNSM, which will report to State Administration of Cultural Heritage for the record. The specific requirements refer to the "Key Scientific Research Base of State Administration of Cultural Heritage Management (trial implementation) ".

Article 4     Procedure rules of Academic Committee should obey the majority rule, and two-thirds of the number of voting at least is required.

Article 5      Members should participate in the activities of Academic Committee actively, and be supportive to the work of the scientific research base. If members can not participate in the work of the Academic Committee constantly, the membership could be cancelled.

Article 6      If the work requires, the research base has the right to adjust the composition of the Academic Committee, after approved by the director of Academic Committee and Cultural Heritage Bureau of Zhejiang Province.

Article 7    The research base is responsible for the general appointment of Academic Committee.
