On Friday, February 1, 2013, Meridian International Center presents “Style in Silk: Tradition and Innovation in Chinese Fashion”, a unique exhibition of silk art and fashion in Washington, D.C. This joint U.S.-Chinese cultural project marks the first time American audiences will experience materials from the textile study collection at CNSM, the world’s largest silk museum in Hangzhou, China. This exhibition will last two and half months, closing at April 14.
