A special exhibition “Beyond the History and Material: The Art of Chinese Modern Silk” , from May 24 to June 16, is to be held during "2013 Germany – Zhejiang Cultural Festival" at the Chinese Culture Center in Berlin, Germany, in order to enhance cultural exchanges between China and Germany, and expand the knowledge of Chinese culture in Germany.

Its opening ceremony was held on the evening of May 24, attended by Xu Jinghua, Chen Ping, Yang Yueguang, Chen Jianyang, Alexander Koch, and other 200 representatives. Models from NE TIGER Fashion Co. Ltd., with 32 sets of Chinese silk dresses which made an impressive performance.
